Tofu Scramble

Easy and delicious. Tofu scramble is a great replacement for scrambled egg.

Ingredients

  • 400 g silken tofu
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp almond milk

Instructions

  1. Start heating olive oil in a pan.

  2. Crumble pressed tofu into pan and stir fry for a minute.

  3. Add seasonings and stir fry for a few minutes.

  4. Lastly, add milk and fry for an extra minute.
