  • 1.2 kg potatoes, peeled & cut into chunks
  • 5 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt


  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft.

  2. Drain the potatoes and transfer to a bowl.

  3. Add all other ingredients and mash together.
