Welcome to my recipe for easy vegan nutella! There are only seven ingredients and they all just go straight in the blender and then blend until smooth. I use three different types of nuts in this recipe but you could make this recipe even simpler and just use one type of nut.
I use raw cacao powder in this recipe, which is less processed and more nutritious than cocoa powder, but it is fine to just use normal cocoa powder if that is all you have.
We enjoyed this easy vegan nutella with some of my easy vegan gluten free pancakes and some fresh strawberries. (Also, we might have had the occasional straight-up spoonful. Yum!)

Delicious chocolatey spread.
- 125 g (1 cup) pecans
- 130 g (1 cup) hazelnuts
- 125 g (1 cup) walnuts
- 35 g (1/3 cup) cacao powder
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Add all ingredients to a blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
