A favourite cookie in our household; just a few ingredients and easy to throw together. Perfect for when you need a quick sweet fix.
Preheat oven to 170C/340F. Line baking tray with parchment paper.
Cream together the wet ingredients.
Mix the dry ingredients.
Combine the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until fully mixed.
Stir in your chocolate chunks if using.
Roll into Tbsp sized balls and place on baking tray. Crisscross with a fork to help give them shape.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until edges just start browning.
