Banana Oat Cookies

Refined sugar free, gluten free, and vegan. Great as a guilt free, nutritious treat for you or your little ones.

Ingredients

  • 90 g (1 cup) oats
  • 80 mL (1/3 cup) plant milk
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 170C/325F/Gas 3.

  2. Line baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

  4. Drop rounded tablespoon size of mix onto baking tray.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
