I love bliss balls. They are full of nutritional ingredients and great to keep handy in the fridge for a quick and healthy energy hit or snack on the go.
ALMOST WHITE CHOCOLATE BLISS BALLS
I’ve been on a mission to create some white chocolate bliss balls and these definitely taste the part. They aren’t as white in colour as I’d like because they are naturally sweetened with dates (hence the title ‘almost white’). If you want them to be white, try sweetening with icing sugar. However, this, of course, would result in a less nutritionally beneficial bliss ball.
If you would like to create a normal chocolate bliss ball check out my recipe here.
RAW CACAO BUTTER
The chocolate flavour comes from using raw cacao butter. Initially, it looks pricey but you can get quite a few recipes out of it. I have enjoyed experimenting with making my own chocolate and will add more recipes that include cacao butter soon. Dairy free white chocolate is still hard to come by and cacao butter is a must for creating it yourself.
I hope you enjoy this recipe. Please do rate and comment if you try it! 🙂
